This is a really flavorful detox water recipe that combines a number
of ingredients that not only taste great, but also have known metabolism
boosting properties. It contains some of my favorite ingredients:
lemon, lime, grapefruit, cucumber and mint – all full of healthy
vitamins and antioxidants, as well as being packed full of wonderful
flavors.

Ingredients
½ gallon spring water
½ lemon, sliced
½ grapefruit, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
½ lime, sliced
2-3 mint leaves
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher.
- Allow the ingredients to chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving. Drink throughout the day or discard after 24 hours.
